Completely ignored for a half an hour in an empty lobby. Too bad because previous visits here had been great. Waiting is one thing, but sitting around endlessly with no one even addressing us or telling us why we're waiting or how long it might be is ridiculous.
Went there a couple days ago on July 30th around 1 am I seen Dr Francescon for my acid reflux I have been having issues with, he helped me and made sure I was better before I left, I felt kinda stupid for going in in general but it was worth it with how bad it was, and he made sure I was better before I left even sent in a referral to a specialist for me,
