Hospital bed and oxygen was delivered in a timely manner. Bed & oxygen pick up was not done on a timely manner. My mother passed away on a Tuesday, we made a call on Wednesday to have things picked up and was told it would be on Friday. On Friday, we were told it would be Monday. It should not take 6 days to pick up bed. I'm very unhappy about that.
