Hospital bed and oxygen was delivered in a timely manner. Bed & oxygen pick up was not done on a timely manner. My mother passed away on a Tuesday, we made a call on Wednesday to have things picked up and was told it would be on Friday. On Friday, we were told it would be Monday. It should not take 6 days to pick up bed. I'm very unhappy about that.
DO NOT recommend. This company absolutely sucks. They have it that they shipped all my supplies when I just got a mask. I only received a mask - wrong one by the way. Somehow they have “proof” that I received my products when I DID NOT. I can’t see the proof, obviously, and so called supervisor won’t even answer the phone. What a great costumer service. What do they think that I’m hoarding a freaking cpap tube?! So disappointing. Switching companies now.
Great shop serving our area. We are happy to have them as our business neighbors at Vance Team Realtors - Home Experts Realty. Hopefully Google gets their current address corrected on their listing. They are at 108 Governor Trimble Place Hillsboro.
