They have always been professional and knowledgeable about equipment any other questions.
My Mom had ordered a CPAP machine from this place and she paid in full. Then all of a sudden they started charging her 6 months for a rental that she didn't even rent. She Purchased it. This company is a completely scam. Wouldn't recommend this sorry excuse of a company. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU UP ONE SIDE AND DOWN THE OTHER. THEY ARE NOT NICE PEOPLE. IT'S BEEN A NIGHTMARE
