Had a horrible experience. Very rude staff, does not care, or stop to think why you need the medical equipment. Before discharging home from the hospital with my one month old daughter, the hospital arranged for me to get medical supplies through Genesis. I met with the genesis representative who was very rude as well and just didn't really care to show us how to use the Equipment so I had to learn on my own they told me since I live a few hours away from their location that they could mail me my pulse ox probes every month,... read more
