The most horrific company I have ever had the great displeasure of trying to work with. The way in which they do business is unethical and frankly felt like nothing more than a scam to see how much they can get from insurance. I have been bold faced lied to multiple times. My insurance was billed and I was sent invoices for a cpap for well over a year. I asked up front what the cost would be so I knew what to expect out of pocket. They can't seem to deliver my oxygen tanks when I need them. I have to wait 7-10 days to receive them. Which leaves me stuck in my home and can not go to the grocery store,Ect...
Horrible customer service will not give you a straight answer blames everyone but themselves
Their customer service skills are pour. They do not follow up or return calls as promised. I am dissatisfied with the service I have received in the last 2 weeks. Will not recommend.
