Very rude and not helpful.
The most horrific company I have ever had the great displeasure of trying to work with. The way in which they do business is unethical and frankly felt like nothing more than a scam to see how much they can get from insurance. I have been bold faced lied to multiple times. My insurance was billed and I was sent invoices for a cpap for well over a year. I asked up front what the cost would be so I knew what to expect out of pocket.
