Visited the Genesus location in Athens, Ohio with my friend, Bev, to purchase two sets of wheels for her adult walkers. Anita and Meredith were so helpful, finding what we needed, installing the wheels and making sure they were the right height. Thanks to Meredith for sitting on the floor to install and adjust the wheels and to Anita for getting the pricing as their computers were down and explaining how to determine the proper height. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Very poor training on the use of the cpap. The training was about ten minutes and I felt like I was a bother to the “trainer.” I was never told about glitches that may occur to make my trial successful. No one let me know I was not meeting the requirements until my time was almost up. The machine would quit when I was sleeping even though I had it on all night. There is no alarm to let one know it Wasn’t working right. All in all I gave up and made the manager aware of the poor training. I did get a bill though. I went throu... read more
Mary the Resp Therapist is absolutely wonderful. Kept looking for the equipment that would fit me for a long time. The other ladies are respectful when I call.
Trying to get my cpap machine I was lied to about the authorization.i called Friday and they Said it had been approved by insurance they just needed to get it approved at their office.they said call Tuesday for an appointment. I waited until Wednesday to give them an extra day. Their hours are until 5 pm and they left at 3:30 pm. I called my insurance company, it hasn’t even be turned into them for authorization from my insurance company. Genesis said it could take up to 9 weeks to be approved.
