Called today to get a hospital bed for my mother and the lady on the phone was very rude and uncaring and needs to be fired. By reading all the comments below about her, I wonder why she hasn't been fired and kicked to the curb!!!
Received a bill for equipment rental. Attempted to contact company to get issue settled can’t get through on. Any number.
I'm not a customer here, but needed a new place to get my cpap readings done so I could update my dot medical card. The super nice and helpful lady at the front desk, kylee, took it right to the doctor(or whoever does the readings) and got it to me asap. Thank youuuuuuu!
