Whoever parts person is, totally useless. Everytime I call(3 times), I get voicemail. So left two messages 1 week apart looking for prices for same part, specific model and year. No return call. Jesus, this is luxury customer service? What a joke. So now it's after 5 pm, parts is closed with no return call, so I figure I would call Genesis Vancouver, 3 hours behind. Provide same info, had my price in under 90 seconds.
