Update: dropped two stars. There was a lot of talk about how good their detailing team was but it didn't live up to the hype, (stains, sticky residue, dust/gunk, and dog smell) and the second key doesn't work. can't unlock/lock, enter the vehicle, or start the vehicle. I'm sure these are things they'd offer to remedy but it's a giant loss of time. Very disappointed Great service from Richard! Smooth transaction at every step of the way, no pressure and no annoying haggling process. Highly recommend coming in!

I was promised full service. The reality? On weekends, you’re completely on your own. I’m not from the area — I’m here for my daughter’s tournament — and my car suddenly had a mechanical issue. A very well-known one apparently (the V12 battery). Before buying this vehicle, I was told I would get “full service, we take care of you.” What nobody mentioned is that if your car breaks down on a weekend, there is absolutely no service. None.
