I had no expectations of the practice because all my concerns focused on the painful orthopedic issue. The staff was lovely, and the physician was equally, if not more, “caring!” I recommend the clinic without reservations!
Negative Stars for the practice. Our experience with this practice was extremely disappointing. We found Dr. Patel and the staff to be unprofessional and disrespectful. After going through the entire process, we were abruptly turned away during the paperwork stage, which felt misleading and unfair. We were also given inaccurate information during the evaluation. Overall, the service was poor, and we left feeling frustrated and misled. I would strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere.
The front desk staff, both of them were really very attentive .those 2 are jack of all trades, from getting your info, to X-rays, assisting , and discharge instructions both of them are there and in spite of their busy schedule they are able to serve the pt with a smile. Dr Matthew Griffin also has a pleasant personality. He serves with a smile too and very adept and knowledgeable with the kind of treatment I needed being a first time pt in his clinic. He is blessed to have 2 assistants like those 2 I previously mentioned.
I can’t say anything other than Genesis made me feel like I was there first priority. I was in a great deal of pain and it seems and right away, they acknowledged it, and right away, the red carpet came out, and yes, I must admit I felt important thank you, Genesis and your amazing team for doing all that you do continue and may God bless all of you and all that you do………Amen from me to all of you.
I was very happy with the care from everyone here. Everyone explains everything and is super efficient.
