Very professional and caring!!
Dr. Patel canceled a procedure 3 days before I was to leave for vacation immediately after Christmas with no backup plan. That is totally unprofessional and medically unconscionable. When you try to reach the Westfield office you never get them direct, you need to go through some terrible service that leaves you on hold. I liked Dr. Chopra and Dr Griffin, but because of Patel's actions and uncaring, I will NEVER be seeing any of the Dr's in that practice again.
