Doctor was friendly and assessed the problem; he provided a strategy for healing.
I came from out of town with a knee injury and was able to be seen in a relatively short period of time. The original Dr was not a knee specialist so they referred me to Dr Delaney after my in office x-ray. The Dr is pleasant enough but the MA is incompetent. Couldn’t take a BP and made up the numbers. I was seen here on April 2 by Dr. Chopra for knee pain, took the first available MRI appointment as soon as I was approved, and scheduled a follow-up about two weeks later. A few days later, I was told the doctor would be out for the rest of the month and my appointment was pushed to April 30th, leaving me in pain without timely follow-up while dealing with what turned out to be a torn meniscus. It was my first experience with Genesis. Having an emergency leg situation late evening I was able to book an appointment for next day. Everybody at the office were so professional and polite from the reception desk to the nurses and X-ray technician. Dr. Nicholas Delaney was excellent very friendly and to the point. He told me immediately what happened and why and how to follow up. I am very happy with my visit. Thanks Genesis for prompt and excellent service.
