I came here with my father and let me tell you this was a really good experience. The service was amazing and everyone was so nice and kind and funny too! I would totally recommend!
All the staff are polite and helpful. Service is 10 out of 10. Doctor is very nice and gives you his best . I just had my first head concussion PT here in Genesis and i had very good experience with Tyler . He is best.
I was in so much pain and scheduled an appointment they did XRay and Dr. Chopra said I will need to do MRI and office will contact insurance to get approval and scheduled me for follow up appointment in 2 weeks. Heard nothing from the office and called 2 times and every time they say they still working on the approval. A very unprofessional person called me the day before to confirm the appointment. I told her there is no reason to come if I didn’t do the MRI she said that approval and MRI is not her job and she is doing her... read more
Absolute wonderful staff, all therapists are great, very knowledgeable, understanding & friendly. L🩷ve them all..Dr. Delaney is a fabulous surgeon. Had rotator cuff surgery. I'm 3 months out. You can't even see where the 4 incisions were made. My pt was cut down to once every other week. May not need it anymore....If needed, will stretch it out over 3 months. Dr. Chopra excellent as well. However, be prepared to work your buns off! It pays in the end! I'm a happy camper. Good luck to all.
If you go out of network they will rip you off with $600 bill for 30 minute visit. Billing people are terrible!
