Great experience buying my Genesis GV 70. First of all the car is wonderful. Had an issue with my trade-in with a tree limb falling on my trade before the pickup of the new car. Bad luck for sure but the staff at Genesis was supportive and patient while we repaired the damage. Pablo was an excellent sales person. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave a fantastic technology tutorial when we picked up the car Thanks to Pablo, Eric and Joe for making this process go so smoothly.
SLIMEY dealership. First off, they don't have a GM, so nobody is held in check. The inmates are running the asylum and all they do here is lie to you and cheat you. Finance manager Joe Cukier purposefully and knowingly lied to me and mislead me on my financing options that would have cost me a lot more money so he could use the bank he gets a kickback from. Can't say enough about how easy it was to purchase my vehicle from this dealership. I bough my new 2025 vehicle from them just one wee ago and it was the best experience I've had at a dealership. Delya Sabat is amazing, she is knowleageable, attentive and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The "day of" was so fast, in and out. Terrific customer service from the entire team but Delya is the person to see there. I highly recommend them.
