In for my 15,000 service appointment. A few glitches with the digital assistant. That was corrected when I spoke to a person. After that, everything else was handled perfectly. My service advisor Anthony handled everything for me, arranged for my loaner, et cetera. My car was serviced on time and ready for pickup on time and returned to me clean and shiny.
Anthony kept me updated on the status of repairs and advocated for Genesis to replace my rotors under warranty. He was attentive to get the repair done on time.
Excellent service department. Anthony greeted with a friendly smile and kept me updated on my service while I waited.
