Amazing experience at Genesis!!!! Darlene was a pleasure to work with, got us into the car we have been searching months for. But sending me a letter about a specific exotic car I own, claiming you’re interested in buying it for a customer, and then having no idea what I’m talking about when I call feels unprofessional and ends up wasting both my time and yours.
