I had an absolutely amazing experience at Genesis of Glendale! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the customer. Edvin and Kristina were outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain every detail, answered all my questions honestly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident. You can tell they truly care about there clients.
Had a wonderful experience! Serkei Kazandjian helped my mom with every question she had and made buying her used car super easy. He was really patient, honest, friendly, and made the whole process smooth. 100% recommend going with Serkei :) he really goes above and beyond!
Worst service experience. First time bringing my car here since the Westlake O’Gara (great dealership btw) one closed down. Brought my car in for regular service, and I had noted my car was making a noise most likely for brakes, but I had mentioned if it could be anything else since the previous dealer had fixed a strut for me under warranty. Avoid this location at all cost! The service department is completely incompetent and apparently “short staffed” I left my vehicle at this location hoping to get my car serviced in a respectable manner. They sent my vehicle health report around noon. I was told that I would get a phone call to discuss the repairs and to get a quote. The service provider Christian never called.
