Came in for a service for my Genesis GV70. They did not give me a loaner car even though it was early in the morning. They told my car was ready at 1 o’clock in the noon. After taking an Uber to get there, I got the car only to realise that the car hasn’t been washed or vacuumed. Upon asking the person, he gave me a coupon for a car wash and was completely unapologetic about it and rushed me out. I have called them thrice now and everytime a new sales person ensures to disappoint the consumers. If you don't have the decency to be respectful to customers, please close shop!!!!
