Terrific service. Very nice people. BUT they have just ditched Genesis servicing. Nearest dealership is far away. I would never buy a Genesis again or a Hyundai because of unreliability in locations of dealerships.
Don't buy from this dealer. Its impossible to schedule service with them, I've been waiting more than a month on service for a charging issue with my GV60 only for them to call me 2 weeks before my appointment letting me know they're no longer servicing Genesis vehicles, when they are the dealership I bought from. Incredibly unprofessional and terrible customer service. The management for this dealership is obviously terrible.
