I rarely write reviews this long, but Genesis of Smithtown truly deserves it. I actually walked into the dealership without a referral and no idea who I should speak with. It turned out to be my lucky day because Ariel Umanzor was the next salesperson available. I came here because I’ve been in the market for a G90. The team here are great representatives of the Genesis brand. They knew their cars inside and out, they were completely transparent, and they weren’t pushy or manipulative at all. My salesman, Lenny Cafarelli, was super friendly, down-to-earth, and let us just look at the car and let the car speak for itself. The sales manager, Joe Campo, was also a great guy to meet. Highly recommend this Genesis dealership. Also they have rice krispies.
I had a seamless experience. The advisor Nick and Service Manager Elton really made sure I was taken care of. Solved all my issues and then some. Mycar drives phenomenally and have no complaints, highly recommend Smithtown Genesis!
