My Fiancé and I took our Genesis in this past Saturday for appointment oil change. Ismael helped us out. From the time of check in to completion everything was great, we were waiting and we were shown the seating area, was offered coffee and water, and most importantly completed our vehicle service appointment quickly! We appreciate the hospitality and professionalism. Thank you
Tried calling 2 different days, multiple times, left messages. Finally got a call back on Tuesday June 13th to schedule an appointment for oil change and warning lights that keep beeping every minute. The service department only has ONE PERSON that can make appointments and talk to u about genesis service. Most of the time she's not there or is busy. They made my appointment for JULY 6th and said they probably wont have time to diagnose the problem that day so they might have to keep it for a few days! So now I have to keep ... read more
