My 2023 GV80 has 21,000 miles. Scheduling an appointment takes a while, but once I got there, it was fast and efficient. Dov helped me and had maintenance do the 24,000 service. I'm very impressed that there was no charge. A further bonus was that they lent me a nice 2025 GV80 to use while my care was being serviced. I'm impressed and thankful.
Eric was great, the service was done quickly and I was kept informed during the process.
Such an excellent experience. Colin And Duvounte were outstanding Salesmen. No pressure, good information, very professional and very personable. I got exactly what I wanted. John in finance was great. I love my new Genesis (although I somewhat miss my Corvette)
