Good luck with warranty work in their service department. I brought my vehicle in for a multipoint inspection and to have several other issues addressed (it is a 2022 GV80 Prestige with 27,000) miles. After talking with numerous other GV80 owners, it appeared that leather prematurely wearing is a known issue, and I brought it to Genesis of Schaumburg to have it looked at. Was in the market for a 2022 BMW X1 as I have great experience with the brand for my granddaughter but unfortunately, I didn’t find a good match although they have great choices and prices are competitive.
