They sold me a 2025 GV70 with extended maintenance. They entire staff of the dealership failed to tell me they were not allowed to provide the service they just sold me. I think this should be criminal.

I'm new to the area, and called to schedule service for my G70 a few weeks back. I was informed that their system was down and to call back in TWO WEEKS. When I asked why so long, she had no answer for me, just repeated the system would be down for two weeks. ???? That was a huge red flag! So, I waited the two weeks to call back. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP Service department is an absolute joke. Sales department wouldn’t know customer service if it bit them in the… Love my Genesis GV70 but it’s not worth all of the constant issues we have with trying to get it serviced. Constantly being given the runaround. Now I hear they actually won’t service any Genesis vehicles, you call to schedule and they tell you to call back in a week or two because of “system issues”. Avoid this Genesis dealership
EDIT: They are no longer servicing Genesis. Original Review: Not what I expect for the marketed ‘Genesis’ experience. No Genesis loaners. It is incredibly difficult to arrange a valet service appointment. Dozens of calls to the service department for two services and no one ever calls you back to schedule the valet appointment.
