NEVER TAKING MY CAR THERE AGAIN TOKE MY CAR FOR A WARRANTY ISSUE (turbo part). Waited a month for my Vehicle to be done. After that month my car engine is having issues mind u my car engine worked perfectly it was just a Noise Squeak that the turbo was making when u turned the car off!! Also just to mention I live almost 3 hrs away cuz thts the Nearest dealership for me And they refuse to have a tow truck come pick up my car!
I grew up thinking honesty was always the best policy. Evidently the people at Genisis of Richmond never learned that. 3 people have asked me where I bought my car and I have referred them to a different dealer based on my (ongoing) experience. It's just not that important and I made it clear 2 days ago that I would be writing a bad review. So here we are. I gave 1 star because I do like my GV70 but seriously wish I had gone somewhere else.
Got a quote for a specific price on a specific car over the phone. Confirmed the price MULTIPLE TIMES, and then when I went to the dealer to buy the car, they would not honor the price. Shady business!
Ahdy did a great job guiding us through our test drive, and working with us to get the price we wanted! Just wish the dealership had a broader selection of vehicles on hand
Not specific to Richmond, Genesis cannot care for the cars it sells. It takes a month or more to secure an appointment for regular service or warranty work—even when something is wrong with your vehicle. Genesis says they have concierge service, and they sell the heck out of it when you're deciding on a purchase. Good luck getting that service. Again, they say they need more staff and loaner cars, but that shouldn't be the customer's problem. Genesis sold vehicles before they had the infrastructure to service them. So much s... read more
