Not specific to Richmond, Genesis cannot care for the cars it sells. It takes a month or more to secure an appointment for regular service or warranty work—even when something is wrong with your vehicle. Genesis says they have concierge service, and they sell the heck out of it when you're deciding on a purchase. Good luck getting that service. definition of a trashy dealership -- mark ups over the moon for cars that do not match the level of service you would expect to get. workers are entitled and arrogant and openly disrespect you. they are also sexist if you are female and want to test drive a car on their lot.
Incompetent service department, poor communication
I can definitely see why everyone is giving this dealership a horrible review, unwilling to help. Was planning on buy a car but definitely wont be from here.
I had the pleaser of working on a vehicle purchase with Arnold. He was knowledgeable and listened to my questions. The car buying process can be stressful due to inventory issues but Arnold worked his magic to help get the job done!
