Bought car brand new. Engine light came on in month number 2! Mirrors had failure month one; seatbelt on drivers side gets stuck! Drivers seat went back it’s self and was stuck for hours! Hood would come up with fob-was stuck at times! I am very disappointed with the car! The repair service doesn’t accommodate - you have to wait weeks for repairs!
My experience at Genesis of Monroeville was great! The salesman was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. The manager and financial person were also friendly, professional, and created a relaxed atmosphere without any high pressure sales methods. Everyone went out of their way to provide top notch customer service.
