Exceptional service, exceptional vehicle ( Genesis GV80) highly recommend this dealership and this ride.
I purchased a new 2020 Genesis G70 Sport from here and my experience was very good working with James Kirby. My service experience however has been significantly worse. There is no dedicated service parking, and for some reason, the side lot by the service department is often full and hard to find a space. Last year I had to leave my car overnight for a camera replacement because they forgot to paint the mirror ahead of time. Generally, communication from the service department has been poor. First of all I like to say I love My new Genesis GV 70. I looked at all the German competitors and found Genesis to have the greater Value. The experience at the dealership was one of the best I've ever had. Enrico, the internet sales manager was informative and accommodating. When we arrived at the dealership Ron handled all the preliminary paper work and made sure we knew all the features of the vehicle.
