Called on Friday April 24th talked to a representative in scheduling about the electrical system in my GV70 failing the representative said an administrator would call me back about concierge pick up for my car. Did not hear from representative. Called today April 25th spoke to the same representative, informed him that more electrical systems on the car were failing including the mirrors which are now stuck folded in making the car illegal to drive. What a great experience Tom Jones was an excellent salesman very professional and very personable. You could tell that he really wanted to make us happy. He was very knowledgeable. Jeremy and Jason were also great. The best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. It was so easy and smooth.

I did not purchase my GV80 from New Bern. THE WAITING ROOM IS HORRIBLE. The latest issue is condensation in the headlights. The dealership can do absolutely nothing, unless they physically see the condensation in the lights. This is a common problem with Genesis GV 80 and they cannot take the customers word or pictures as evident that there was something wrong with the headlines. It is evident that the money spent for the vehicle is what is motivated by the company and the customer is irrelevant. Better service when I owned ... read more
