I own a GV80 purchased through Genesis of Monroeville. The car is great - the service is a bait and switch and is awful. They send you 45 minutes away to Pleasant Hills and good luck speaking with a live human there. Tried to get a COVERED tire leak repaired and NEVER got a call only a delayed email saying when can I bring the car across town to them! Went and paid for it to be fixed by a local tire company.
