I'm afraid I have to edit my review from 5 stars to 1. While I had a great experience with Jon as my salesman, getting the car titled in Ohio, where I live, has been impossible. I hate that I have gotten to the point of a poor review, but after being ghosted when I've done everything I can, I have no other choice. To start I had to call 4 times before I got someone in genesis service to answer. I’m having AC issues with my car they said it was fine and clearly didn’t check it. Still having the same issue with my AC shutting off with my kids in the car and then getting an electrical warning on the dash. My genesis is a EV and this is concerning. Called again today to try and get my car back in service and it goes to busy signal. I’m pretty over it to the point where I no longer want this vehicle. Great Car - Great Experience I got an amazing vehicle for a good deal and had a great time doing it. I really enjoyed the no stress, easy going sales approach. It is a great atmosphere for a car dealership. I will buy my next car from these folks, for sure.
I can’t thank the team at Genesis of Monroeville enough for making my visit such an amazing experience. I took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and not only did Scott take it upon himself to give me an updated coax cable for my navigation system (it was causing intermittent issues, and although my car wasn’t included in the recall, he knew how to fix the problem), but Anthony heard me talking about how much my car needed to be cleaned, he got it washed and vacuumed it for me!! Terrible Experience – Avoid This Dealership Overall, it felt like they were trying to take advantage of the customers rather than provide genuine customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership. Respect to the sale people on the floor really helpfull and polite. but high management wasn’t soo good .
