Customer service was excellent, and the waiting area, along with the restrooms, were clean and well-maintained. However, reducing the service time would be a great improvement, as I waited over three hours for an oil change. That said, the service agent who assisted me was attentive, kept me updated throughout the process, and offered multiple apologies for the delay, which I found comforting and reassuring.

The service experience at this dealership leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t communicate with each other, they don’t communicate with their customers, they will charge you for a diagnostics even if they don’t tell you they’re going to, they’ll give you a loaner car that’s on empty, they’ll take five days to do an oil change, they won’t fix your warranty repairs correctly and best of all, when they return your car after a service, you have a good chance of ALL your tire pressure comes back at different levels. Not great...Was supposed to get a loaner, didn’t. Was supposed to be for a few hours, was 20 hours and no communication until I called. Also was brought in for regular service because car let me know that. The l need service alarm is still going off that the car is overdue for service. Also spent about 1 hour in total dealing with their call center.
