The financing was quick, doing the paper work was quick and everyone was pleasant to be around. Great dealership and great people. If I buy another vehicle I would buy from there! Clay Cooley Genesis of Mesquite is a really great location. Brand new construction, and it looks it too. Everything is well maintained and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Took my G70 for an oil change and have zero issue recommending it to any Genesis owners in the Dallas area. The waiting room has plenty of seating, and any sort of refreshment you can reasonably hope for. No brainer for future service.
I absolutely loved my experience at the Genesis dealership in Mesquite! I went to several other luxury dealerships but none provided me with exceptional service such as Genesis in Mesquite. Tori and James went above and beyond. The level of hospitality and service was outstanding. I love my new car and am grateful that I bought it from Genesis Mesquite. Great job ladies and gents!
My experience was incredibly amazing. I pulled up for my scheduled service, and the garage door opened for me to pull in. There stood Clay with a welcome smile. I can’t talk long because I have to work, but everything was terrific! The clean building, refreshment, and places to relax while you wait were impressive from the beginning. I even had plug-ins for my computer, so I could continue working. The bathroom was fantastic. I loved it all, thanks to Genesis.
Christian Ramirez is an incredibly hard-working, respectful, and sincere car salesman. My parents visited several Genesis dealerships without me and unfortunately weren’t treated very well. They’re limited English speakers and not very familiar with the car-buying process, which made the experience even more challenging.
