The financing was quick, doing the paper work was quick and everyone was pleasant to be around. Great dealership and great people. If I buy another vehicle I would buy from there! Update: the dealership issued a refund for the cancelled service contract. It took extensive effort on my part, but eventually a check was received. If you buy from this Dealer, have your lawyer ready. Genesis is a great car and is in the top 5 for many of the luxury car ratings. Unfortunately, their dealerships haven't figured out how to be a premium car dealership and leave the "used car salesman" approach behind them. I initially gave a 5 star review when I leased my vehicle back on 8/23/24. However, the events that unfolded afterwards with this dealership still leave me in shock to this day and do not with this on anyone. 2 weeks after leasing my vehicle, a chrome trim piece above my windshield flew off. Love the new facility. I had my car serviced here and the communication was very transparent. I was given my options for my issues and was given ample time to make a decision. I ended up keeping my GV60 and I love it. Will definitely buy a different vehicle from them once my lease is up…great car buying experience.
