Dishonest dealership! Warning to potential buyers: This dealership used distracting tactics and electronic paperwork to hide a significant reduction in my trade-in value. Ensure you get everything in writing and review thoroughly before signing anything. Avoid their electronic doc signing. They will lie to your face. Very dishonest practices.
These guys were super nice and accommodating especially Morgan and Ricky. I will definitely be making the trip to this dealership and hope to never deal with Longview again. I’ve purchased 3 cars from Longview because of proximity but their service department is rude and not helpful. The different treatment I received at Mesquite is like night and day! I will definitely be looking at Mesquite for my next vehicle.
My Tech Rep for my GV80 was awesome. Very professional service everytime I have dealt with him.
Tony Bates is great with customer service. He helped me twice last week when I wasn’t able to get a loaner for leaving my car there for a week for service. He also helped me get the status on my car when I was not able to get a hold of anyone to help. I get great service when Tony is in charge of the service department. Thank you for having Tony as the person in charge.
