If you buy from this Dealer, have your lawyer ready. Genesis is a great car and is in the top 5 for many of the luxury car ratings. Unfortunately, their dealerships haven't figured out how to be a premium car dealership and leave the "used car salesman" approach behind them. I found a great genesis G80 at their dealership, but that was the end of the feel good moments. Everything after that was a battle. The financing was quick, doing the paper work was quick and everyone was pleasant to be around. Great dealership and great people. If I buy another vehicle I would buy from there! Clay Cooley Genesis of Mesquite is a really great location. Brand new construction, and it looks it too. Everything is well maintained and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Took my G70 for an oil change and have zero issue recommending it to any Genesis owners in the Dallas area. The waiting room has plenty of seating, and any sort of refreshment you can reasonably hope for. No brainer for future service.
I absolutely loved my experience at the Genesis dealership in Mesquite! I went to several other luxury dealerships but none provided me with exceptional service such as Genesis in Mesquite. Tori and James went above and beyond. The level of hospitality and service was outstanding. I love my new car and am grateful that I bought it from Genesis Mesquite. Great job ladies and gents!
I had the pleasure purchasing a GV70 yesterday and the experience was amazing. I’ve purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and this was the first time I had a female…correction-lady as a sales associate. Tori was phenomenal! Very personable, knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested and seems to truly be interested in meeting my needs. From being greeted at the door to signing the finance documents to driving away it was a wonderful experience.
