The financing was quick, doing the paper work was quick and everyone was pleasant to be around. Great dealership and great people. If I buy another vehicle I would buy from there! Clay Cooley Genesis of Mesquite is a really great location. Brand new construction, and it looks it too. Everything is well maintained and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Took my G70 for an oil change and have zero issue recommending it to any Genesis owners in the Dallas area. The waiting room has plenty of seating, and any sort of refreshment you can reasonably hope for. No brainer for future service.
I absolutely loved my experience at the Genesis dealership in Mesquite! I went to several other luxury dealerships but none provided me with exceptional service such as Genesis in Mesquite. Tori and James went above and beyond. The level of hospitality and service was outstanding. I love my new car and am grateful that I bought it from Genesis Mesquite. Great job ladies and gents!
**** 2nd amendment to my review (4/15/26), removing more stars. Genesis is a great company but Clay Cooley has no business in the luxury auto market. Every experience with their service department has been a complete disaster and the answer from the manager is that all of the problems will supposedly be resolved when they get the new dealership. Lack of communication and lacking the Genesis brand experience will will not be fixed with new brick and mortar - the problem is from within. Get a Genesis, just not from Clay Coole... read more
Had a great experience with everyone there, I was working with a very tight and seemingly impossible budget. I was very picky and searched across 3 states, this lot was 4 hours away from me but I was glad to make the drive as they came in right at my budget with a number of additional perks. I would gladly make the drive again if I ever need another vehicle. I am very pleased so far and I can’t wait to continue to drive in my new car! ❤️
