I went to the dealership seen 4 different individuals sitting down not on the phone and 1 walking around. Then opened the door on the hyundai santa fe on the show room floor sat down in it got out went the the other side open back door looked at 3rd row. Looked for a flyer for the suv couldn't find it. Not 1 employee said hello or asked if I needed assistance. My plan was to trade in my alfa romeo stelvio and leave with a new suv for my wife. Guess I'll have to drive to Troy or Flint to make this happen.

Went in already approved for loan sales man insisted he could get me same rate as my credit union I reluctantly agreed. Turns out they shot my loan to a bunch of banks, then end up telling me the cars too old to get financing didn’t know that before you shot my credit six inquiries these guys don’t give a F. About you as a customer avoid at all cost
Final edit. Changing this review based on my follow-up/visit to Elder Genesis. I am editing this review from 1 star to 5 based my recent service appointment. Historically, my experiences with the Service Center side of Elder Genesis have been average at best. Eric answered my call directly, listened attentively to my concerns and has committed to addressing my issues in a timely manner and to my needs. I appreciate his flexibility and support, and his efforts to improve customer service.
