Front people are nice, but the mechanics are unqualified to look at Genesis vehicles. They also do not give loaners at all and you are treated like a Hyundai customer. The staff turnover is very high so clearly not a well run dealership. Edit 1/7/26: Went to the real Genesis dealership in Commerce Township and they are replacing the struts under warranty. Highly recommend going there. Please review this tech's work in the future, Hyundai of Macomb, he got the diagnosis completely wrong.
Call genesis corporate directly with a few questions that seemed so simple to me to answer. After 30 minutes I finally said I’ll just call the dealership. Called and immediately got Jason Crawford on the phone. Not only was he professional, kind and thorough, but he answered all of my questions and even emailed me the details!!!!! Thanks a million! Customer service like this should be recognized!!!
