My car engine light came on a 2nd time. Had to have my car towed to Hyundai of Kennesaw. Randy Morse Service Advisor helped me the first and 2nd time. He assured me both time they would take care of my car. Randy called me in a week, said my car was ready. He stated the new engine had some air bubbles that they cleared and checked for several days, then called me to come and pick it up. He is very professional, responsible and an excellent listener. Thank you so much Randy for all your help.
I received amazing service from Jonathan Watson who discussed and kept me abreast with changes during my service maintenance.
Carried my Genesis GV80 to Genesis of Kennesaw for 7,500 mile service. Brooke, my service rep. was good. I'm assuming the oil change, tire rotation and cabin filters were done correctly, but when they brought my car around, there was grease on the console and items that were removed from the glove compartment to install cabin air filter were just dumped in the floor and left there. I'll be trying a different Genesis service center next time.
