I will be honest, I didnt end up buying a car here. I will say,.I had several interactions with the sales staff and was very pleased. I worked with Charlie. He checked in regularly, but not intrusive like. He offered to help even when sick. Those who stepped in while he was out, were just as helpful. Very impressed w the staff am sure I would have been happy driving one of their vehicles.
We bought a G80 from Genesis of Kansas City. We worked with Tucker, Matt and Vincent during the sales process. They were a pleasure to work with and addressed our questions. There were no hard sales tatics, which made this a great buying experience.
