John our service advisor always treats us great. Never much cared for dealership, but this one is great.
Jose Martines again proved to excellent to deal with. As a former Mercedes owner I feel Genesis is a much better value and a better vehicle,
This past Saturday, I purchased my new 2026 electrified Genesis GV70. Our salesman Dylan was incredibly knowledgeable about this particular model and provided a no pressure sales experience. He even allowed my husband and I to take the vehicle to lunch so that I had more time to drive the car as well really consider which option was best for me. I strongly recommend him as well as the dealership for a hassle free experience.
I just returned my 2024 Genesis GV80 since the lease expired and will never go to Paramount Genesis again. The GV80 rattled, which drove my wife crazy, and no one in the service department could fix it. A regional service manager even could hear the rattle but it never was fixed. I went to Genesis for a high end SUV because 15 years ago I bought a Genesis sedan when it was still under Hyundai, and it was the best car I ever had. Times have changed. I just bought my wife a BMW X3 which she loves!
