Fantastic service Department. We had a problem and they fixed it. Everything was done on time with quality care. Delivery updates were amazing. They kept us in the loop on everything. They could not have done a better job.
Jamie Wright and the staff at Paramount Genesis Of Hickory helped me find the car I wanted , offered me a good deal on it, and completed the sale without pressure and very efficiently. Jamie came in to the dealership while he was not feeling well to make sure my car was prepped and ready for delivery. I love my car and look forward to a good relationship with Paramount. The dealership had serviced my prior vehicle and I was confident they would take care of me which they did.
Leaving this as a 5-star review so it actually gets seen — this is a ZERO-star experience! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in November. Less than one week after purchase, the vehicle would not start. I immediately tried contacting the dealership and could not get anyone on the phone or receive a return call, despite multiple attempts. This was my second vehicle purchase from here. Always friendly and professional with a great facility. Top notch cars and first class operation. My salesman Jose Martinez was incredible. This was my second car from him and highly recommend him and Genesis of Hickory.
