Great timely service
I'm very happy with my purchase from Genesis of Hattiesburg! They are always available if I need anything.Now long waiting to get help from anyone. I also appreciate that they have cold drinks for you to enjoy on hot days and delicious hot chocolate and coffee for the cold days.snacks too! Everybody is so nice there!
Very dissatisfied. Stopped in because I bought a 2023 genesis g70 with 15k miles on it. Looked online and the car comes with 3year/36k mile free service. When I finally found someone to help me,most likely because i don't dress like corporate America. The young lady had to ask a couple of people before she came back and said they don't do complimentary service if I didn't buy vehicle new. So I wonder if this is how I'll be treated if anything was to go wrong with car. Never even asked me how many miles were on it and my car ... read more
