Today was the first scheduled complementary service for my Genesis GV70. Swank waiting area with a big Keurig coffee bot offering custom coffee choices and a basket filled with snacks including Famous Amos Choc Chip Cookies! I opted for the complimentary loaner and ran errands. The called me when it was ready and I rolled out owing $0 for an oil change and tire rotation. Own a Genesis EV, stopped off I-59 to charge, and their charger is “closed”, and recommended another charge across town, also closed on Sunday. Great way to support your own brand. Wouldn’t recommend a dealership who doesn’t support their own product.
