The valet service is a really nice perk. I had a loaner dropped off to my office which took 5 minutes to exchange cars and then the same on the return of my car.

Excellent service here. I elected for the concierge pick up / drop off of my Genesis from my house. Excellent communication and execution of the pick up drop off with the convenience of having the loaner Genesis left at my house. I’ll be doing this again for sure. Top notch with the driver and tech communicating with me via text message at each step of the process.
