Horrible customer service in the service department. Stay away from the GV70. I’ve needed a battery that is under warranty since December 23, and I still don’t have one and my car has been towed to 3 states to get a battery.
Outstanding quality of a vehicle and drivability comfort.
The service department was competent, friendly, & responsive to my maintenance needs. I never had to leave a voice message and Dakota in particular made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle at all times.
Recently I did a test drive Genesis GV 80. Not only was the vehicle outstanding & a real winner in its class, but so was the service person. LEVI CONERY was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant & I never felt pressured. Not always the case with dealerships. Levi is a real asset to Oxendale Genesis.
