UPDATE: I dropped by the next Saturday and was delighted by the service. Alma met us in the parking lot and helped us find a Genesis with all the features we were looking for (plus a lot more). I guess I should have made an appointment. I checked their website and discovered that they had a big inventory on the lot. All the models I am considering in several trim levels and colors so I just dropped in on a nice Saturday afternoon.
