I want to thank Genesis of Dublin for the excellent service they provided today. 2 days ago, Engine check light came on for my 2023 Genesis GV80. The codes pointed to multiple random misfires in multiple cylinders. It was concerning because it's the main transportation for my small children and I do not want to get stuck on the road. I called our nearest Henesis center on Steven Creek multiple times during business hours and no answers. One of the better dealership service centers I've been to. They will actually investigate issues on your car rather than telling you its normal without attempting to investigate like most other dealerships would. All of the staff is super friendly and communicative.
Genesis Dublin gets a 10 for excellent customer service, friendly staff and delivery. Shout out to Ron my associate who always takes good care of all of my mechanically needs. He keeps me abreast from start to finish. I have three Genesis vehicle. Every time I go to Dublin Genesis I receive top notch service!! Thank you to all staff at Genesis of Dublin.
