Picked up a Genesis out of state so was looking for a dealer/service in the area. Downtown Genesis had great reviews so I went by. All I needed was a front license plate bracket and was treated like I was buying a new G90! I met one of the dealership managers and he took me to parts where I spoke with Javier who was as helpful and engaging as possible. I had an exceptional experience with Andrell but just a pretty good experience on the date of sale. Andrell was accessible, forthright, and diligent. He worked with me each step of the way until we got the exact car I wanted (Genesis GV 70 Advanced). If you’re looking to get a car from this dealership, I highly recommend you ask for Andrell.
