Had an excellent experience servicing my 21 GvV80. Car was technically put of warranty by 400 miles but the ac repair done for known problem had failed. They fixed the ac under warranty without any discussion. Kelly was fantastic and took great care of us.
Live 30 miles away from the dealership so I left my vehicle there the night before a scheduled appointment today. After numerous attempts to contact my service advisor I finally heard early in the afternoon that they didn’t have any record of my appointment even though I have email and text verification. They also said they couldn’t see the vehicle to try to diagnose it for a few days probably next Tuesday or Wednesday.
