This is the only Genesis dealership I am interested in working with. I live closer to others, but none compare to the excellent customer service that Cherry Hill provides. I recently needed service on my vehicle. Scheduling, confirming, and submitting the necessary information was seamless. Why wasn't the vehicle not checked and certified prior to sale? You sent the vehicle out the door without being transparrent indicating a technology problem. Over 6 weeks and it still isn't resolved.
