I took my new Genesis GV70 to Genesis at Cherry Hill for maintenance, and the service was extremely disappointing. I paid over $250 plus tax for a simple oil change, yet they failed to secure a nut, which is now missing, and neglected to replace the tire valve caps. This careless oversight and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable for a dealership service center. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.
