After spending hours texting to set up a time for a test drive, we were sent away because it was their grand opening. Never mind we drove 40 minutes with a baby to make the appointment time set with them. We weren't even offered water or allowed into the showroom. This is not how I expect to be treated as a current Genesis owner looking to spend an obscene amount on a new car. They had terrible customer service when in N CHS. Sad to see the trend continue.
