The service at this dealership was impeccable. The best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Warm, friendly staff who were transparent. The vehicles are absolutely gorgeous and high quality. I had been told that Genesis was "great cars, lousy dealers". Seems so. I scheduled a service appoitment to have them do the 10,000 warranty service on my 2025 GV70 Electrified. I asked for the included (free) service, I did not want to pay for anything. After 2.5 hours in the waiting room, I was told that they rotated my tires and charged me $35. Best car ever. Superior service and communication
I want to thank Josh in the service department for taking great care of me when I brought my car for a/c repair. He kept me up to date during process and either answered my calls or called me back within a few minutes. He also went to bat for me with corporate to make sure I was covered. That's the way to take care of your customers. Thanks, Josh!
If you are dreading the car buying process, do yourself a huge favor and go see Payton Brooks at Genesis of Charleston. Payton completely turned the experience around for me. He is incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process genuinely fun. I walked in expecting a stressful day and left with a smile on my face. I highly recommend asking for Payton by name if you want a seamless and enjoyable experience.
