I have had my GV80 serviced at 7 or 8 different dealerships during my time owning this vehicle. This is only the second stand alone dealership that I have experienced. This by far exceeds the quality of experience I have had so far. The dealership I bought it from in Detroit was absolutely awful, the waiting lounge consisted of a couple hard plastic chairs, a water cooler, and a small basket with a couple snacks. My only recommendation would be more than some granola bars for a snack, but that is the only thing I could find ... read more
Love my GV80. Biggest complaint I’ve heard from Genesis owners had to do with dealership and service. Bergstrom service is first class, the waiting area is like a 5 star hotel, and my salesman Tony Rosenfeldt always stops by to chat. He's a great guy, not pushy, and speaks his mind. Overall the experience out classes any other luxury brand that I’ve owned.
