I made an appointment as my car is only a couple months off the lot and the brakes when reversing screech loudly. Was not pleased with the documentation handed to me when they were done (I didn’t read until after I left). The service guy did not tell me they could not reproduce the noise “driving around the lot”. If he would have I would have told him I do not ever hear the noise just driving. I am very happy with recent service experience. The check in and check out process was fast and smooth. The paperwork was explained clearly to me. I loved the inspection video the tech sent me explained what he did and any areas of future concern. I feel like I got a great value for the money I spent. Thank you soo much :)

Working with Joseph in the parts dept was the best Bergstrom experience I’ve ever had. He helped me figure out just what tires I needed, balancing the luxury ride with the longevity of the tires. He was professional and friendly, and so pleasant to deal with. I hope Bergstrom appreciates what an excellent employee they have.
