Service waiting area is clean, warm, with snacks, coffee, water available. Employees are very friendly and helpful. My only "complaint" is that they found an issue with the horn while doing recall work. We were told 30 to 45 minutes for the repair. An hour later, my husband went to check on the progress. Apparently, a fuse change didn't resolve the issue, but nobody came to tell us that. Probably good since the fix was $800 and we opted no thanks.
