Went in for 8k maintenance on my GV 70. From start to finish it was an exceptional experience. Online scheduling was easy, check in with Jill was great, she took care of and explained everything. She asked if I wanted a hand carwash, said sure, but didn’t expect a cleaning inside too! Big plus. All this as part of complimentary maintenance schedule.
Jill, my service rep, at Genesis of Albany, again was great. Jill took care of every need and kept me appraised of the status of service. Jill handled the return of my vehicle and ensured it was cleaned inside and out. Genesis of Albany is great to deal with.
