Staff was nice but they need more Dr's you wait to be seen for over a hour.
Was sent here from Convenient Care for a workplace injury. Told receptionist my needs. She said they had a cancellation so they could fit me in. She went back and talked to someone a couple times. Had me fill out paperwork. Got verbal confirmation from my employer allowing them to see me. Waited about 30 minutes and was sent to Concentra.

Seriously horrible service. I wish employers didnt use this company. Im going on 2wks now waiting for them to send my results to my employer. And their treatment methods are an absolute joke. At least the staff was friendly i guess…
Don’t even bother trying to walk in, they won’t see you. Even if there’s nobody in the waiting room there may have been people in the back, but she told me I would have to make an appointment for another day. This is after she had me sit down and ignored me for 30 minutes… Did not ask me one question other than how long ago I hurt my self….just to tell me I had To schedule for another day.
