Communication is horrible I’ve been here 3 appointments now and told every time I need to come back because they need more info. Nursing staff nice as pie but receptionist is rude. If you don’t like you job get a different one preferably one in a factory so you don’t have to speak with people
The receptionists are rude and extremely unhelpful!!! The one doctor I had was dressed like he was about to leave for a beach vacation, and didn’t even look at my sprained ankle... On top of all of that, I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room, while listening to all the nurses and staff laughing and talking behind the door. I just don’t understand why I had to wait so long for them to finish their social hour...
I only come here because it is who my work goes through. Horrible service everytime. Waited over an hour for a acheduled appointment and people coming in after me get seen first.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Bill (Physicians Assistant) is very professional and kind. Took of all my needs!!!�
Love showing up for apt on time and wating 2hours to get done
