I give them a 1star, they have a great front desk people. But be ware of the docs, I went in with severe pelvic pain and the doc couldn't be bothered to figure out my pain, she referred me to pain management and blamed my weight. (I'm a bigger women). Turns out it was a severe UTi that could of killed me. Just be careful.
The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the ladies who do scheduling and check in were super nice. I went in to talk about family planning and to get a clear understanding of what my husband and I should be doing for TTC. I saw Melissa Pruitt. I was in and out of that appointment in 20 mins. She didn’t seem interested in helping at all. She barely even looked up from her laptop. She gave me no help with what I went in for. She dismissed anything I said. The front office staff was amazing, the friendly greeting I received coming through the door was well received and noticed. The back office staff was also very kind and Dr. Warner was very pleasant and kind. I didn’t feel rushed or not important to her. It was a great visit, I am very happy that I chose this practice!
I am almost 60 years old and have been to many different OB appointments. Today was the worst I have ever experienced.. I will say the office staff and the nurse who I was with before I saw the nurse practitioner were very welcoming and professional. The nurse that was in the room prior to the nurse practitioner knew more about menopause symptoms then her superior.
