Misty Priutt and staff are fantastic and caring
I saw Dr. walker for a consult/check in and she was so kind and gave me any info I asked. She put me completely at ease. The office was so nice to make the appointment with. The front desk was so helpful! I spoke to Michelle (I believe) and she was the nicest person I’ve spoken to at a front desk.
The doctors have been amazing! However! Ever since they moved to the new location, the admin staff have dropped significantly. My drug store cannot get a prior authorization, even after weeks of faxing daily. We've called and sent messages over the Portal and nothing has been done. No acknowledgement or response for anyone and we're all getting fed up by the lack of things getting done. I need a medication and I'm being ignored.
