The nurse/assistant and the doctor were both warm, communicative, and great at listening! I felt cared for during my visit.
Dr. Walker is always friendly and professional and takes time to answer my questions. I feel she really cares about my well-being. The front staff are also friendly and efficient.
I highly recommend Dr. Nelson for your pregnancy! Her and her MAs are great and always listen to my issues!
Zero stars is a better rating!! This is the worst place I have ever visited!!! I have no idea how they would have any 5 star reviews unless family and friends are rating them! I ignored my horrible and cold experience when I went here. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day. But then my daughter went here and she received the same if not worse experience. I have only been to this practice 2 times and I will not be going back. The first visit was 3 months ago when I was experiencing my first chemical pregnancy. I had an appointment scheduled to confirm pregnancy, but was bleeding with clots a few days before the appointment. I called every single day up until the appointment and left messages letting them know I was bleeding and no one returned my call.
