I’ve been a patient here for 5 years for my annual women’s wellness exams and can’t recommend this office enough. Dr. Walker makes it easy to talk about anything. I never feel rushed or judged, and she gives me space to fully explain how I’m feeling. After 5 years, I trust her completely. Be prepared to have an unpaid balance from your previous appointment, even though they tell you what you owe prior to your appointment and pay before being seen. The 2 OB practices communicate terribly and fail to follow up with you when results are ready like r hey promise.
I got there five (5) minutes late and they said I had to reschedule. Another patient after me arrived ten (10) minutes late and they told her the same. At least they are consistent. Not sure if their office policies are as unreasonable as their health care, but I will not stay to find out. (-:
Melissa was wonderfully professional super attentive answered all the questions I had and explain what I did not understood love her I recommend her for other patients she is just the perfect nurse for a female care
My experience with Genesis OBGYN has been HORRIBLE. I’ve had two miscarriages in the last year and I’m currently pregnant again. I’m almost 10 weeks and experiencing cramping and spotting. Trying to get in for an ultrasound to check on baby - to see if this is a viable pregnancy is IMPOSSIBLE. They’re more concerned with “establishing pregnancy” first - you go in for 10 mins the nurse practitioner hands you a book on pregnancy (nothing that you can’t Google online) and makes you pee in a cup then bills you $250.
