Zero stars is a better rating!! This is the worst place I have ever visited!!! I have no idea how they would have any 5 star reviews unless family and friends are rating them! I have only been to this practice 2 times and I will not be going back. The first visit was 3 months ago when I was experiencing my first chemical pregnancy. I had an appointment scheduled to confirm pregnancy, but was bleeding with clots a few days before the appointment. I called every single day up until the appointment and left messages letting them know I was bleeding and no one returned my call. I am still waiting to hear from the doctor about my lab results. A week after receiving them, I sent a message through the patient portal but did not receive a response. I also left a message with her assistant and have yet to hear back. Additionally, I tried contacting the front office, but my call was directed to voicemail. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
I would give this place a zero if I could. The front desk is cold and couldn’t care less. If a patient arrives 6 minutes late they are going to reschedule. Yes, they will. The patient may be at work and get phone call preventing them from getting in on time. 6 minutes late. Zero tolerance policy. Yes, please do yourself a favor and stay away from this practice.
