Had a great experience at Genesis West Edmonton. Desiree was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She gave me a great tour and made the whole experience very welcoming. The building itself is incredible—very modern and easily one of the best-designed dealerships I’ve seen in Edmonton. Everything about the place speaks luxury, from the beautiful showroom to the overall atmosphere. Great staff, excellent service, and even the coffee was great! Definitely recommend checking them out and asking for Desiree.
We had the great privilege of meeting Aldrich during our first visit at Genesis North Calgary today after purchasing a slightly used Genesis gv70. It was the most spectacular experience at a dealership that I have ever had!!! He was so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional!!! Recently purchased a 2026 GV80 Black Edition from Genesis North Calgary and had a phenomenal experience. Ben was my car salesmen and he did an excellent job. No pressure, no hassle, just a relaxed experience with a salesman that knew the vehicle well and loved the brand himself. Even got a personalized gift tucked into my vehicle paperwork.
