Thank you Joanna and Kartik today. They were both amazing. Just walked into the dealership and was looked after in short order. Joanna answered my questions and help set up my genesis app and Kartik, along with setting up a service appointment went above and beyond and fixed a paint bubble on the spot. Thank so much to both of you for your help.
Sold us a car with pre-existing damage that was not disclosed to us. They then went ahead and fixed our car *WITHOUT OUR VERBAL OR WRITTEN CONSENT* and then charged our card $940. Again, zero consent was given. Would never recommend this dealership. Legal action will be taken.
I love my new Genesis G80 Awd . The service at Calgary Country Hills is horrible . No one wver calls you back to help with servicing or linking onstar ect. Went to dealership and nobody helped me . Left post it for General Manager and voicemail. Audi is 1000x better.
