Impossible to reach the service department, let alone reception. After five attempts, someone finally took my name and number, saying they’d call me back because they were busy. It’s been three business days, and I still haven’t heard back. No one answers when I call. I’ve been getting my G70 serviced here for the past three years with no issues, but something has clearly changed. Very disappointing.
This is for the service department!!!! If anyone would enjoy purchasing a “Luxury” vehicle for $100k and like to call to book, follow up or speak to anyone human in the service department good luck!!! I think I’d have better luck winning the lottery! Shame on Genesis North for taking after service so lightly. 0 stars if I could!
The service department is usually a miss which cannot be when you’re a, “luxury,” brand. I booked an appointment for just an oil change. They picked up my vehicle and left me with a loaner. During said oil change, I received texts recommending an alignment, and a brake fluid flush. This being a month after I had already done an alignment, knowing it still drives straight. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I filled out the test drive form four times and waited for two weeks without any response. Finally, someone named Spencer reached out, claiming he had been trying to contact me but couldn’t — which just sounded like an excuse. When I asked him to arrange a test drive for 11 a.m. the next day, he didn’t respond until 10:57 a.m. with the message shown in the screenshot.
