What a terrible service team. I had bad experiences with the Hyundai service team. So much so that i sold that car. Now in a Genesis a new problem arrises. you have to call to make an appointment for service. The person taking the call cant help even after you choose service department in the menu. Okay, then promises me an advisor will reach out. I think i will just take a day and get my Genesis serviced in Edmonton. Another disappointment from this Hyundai group. Have been trying to get a claim handled for almost 2 years now and have got nothing but the run around and ignored when I ask for it to be handled. No one will give me a straight answer as to what is happening and I have now had to escalate this to Genesis Canada.
