Worst experience I've had with a vehicle. I leased a brand new 2025 Genesis GV70 vehicle with high expectations of quality and safety. Less than 3,000 km in, the vehicle suffered a major and dangerous malfunction – the car would not accelerate properly (I would reach maximum 80km/h with my gas pedal to the floor), then the car would suddenly lose speed without warning (dropping below 40km/h often when I tried to accelerate). Genesis Niagara provides the absolute BEST service I have ever encountered, and I have considerable experience with other high end car dealerships. GN picks up your car, leaves you with a loaner, and cleans your car inside and out before returning it. Laura and her team are exemplary communicators; I cannot praise them enough. My dad was looking for a preowned G70 and we saw one that met our requirements available at Genesis Niagara. We live in Markham so it wasn’t a short trip to test drive the car but we decided it was worthwhile from the great online reviews. So glad we did. We met with Usama who was wonderful. He addressed our questions and concerns and made our purchase a very positive and pleasant experience. Would definitely keep him in mind for future needs even with the long distance factor and highly recommend him.
