I visited Genesis Niagara a couple weeks back to test drive a GV60 electric vehicle who was getting out of a Tesla. Bailey Miller was an excellent sales person and a big help in explaining all the features. I would highly recommend him for a new or used Genesis!

I come all the way from Hamilton to this location, every time is a great experience, Jennifer is lovely, always responds to my questions, and never leaves me hanging, very helpful and understanding, and has made every service easy. Service always offers an interior and exterior wash, vacuum and wipe down. Very happy with my choice of dealership.
We live in the GTA and specifically went there because of what we had read online. The service has been phenomenol, from buying the car, communication from the dealership, and going over the car when we picked it up. The people are friendly and very knowledgable. Highly Highly recommend them! Would give them 10 stars if I could.
Haven't bought a car yet. But working with Usama has been great. He's kind, patient, knowledgable and transparent.
