I went rock climbing and wreckedddd my fingers but there is NOT ONE SINGLE scratch on the nails! 10/10!!!
My nail tech seemed nice but inexperienced. Two stars because customer service was quite good. Actual pedicure went so poorly I decided not to get a manicure. My cuticles were barely touched and I couldn’t feel my massage (I did let them know they could go harder but was not sure she heard me?). Really sad because I was treating myself and left feeling like my toes looked worse than when I came in. Lovely staff but disappointing results.
I have been going here for my nails exclusively since I moved to Birmingham in 2021. They are always great. Today, I came in at around 5:30 with no appointment for a gel mani and regular pedi. I felt guilty coming so late bc I never want to be the reason someone has to stay late for work. I was supposed to get off work early but work in healthcare and ended up having to stay later.
