Max at Genesis Motors was super helpful when we broke down in Lilydale. He ran diagnostics on the car the same afternoon and called as at 8 the following morning to let us know what was wrong. They repaired the car the same day and we collected it that afternoon. I cannot recommend Genesis Motors enough - it’s is so comforting to know that there are still businesses out there that give 110% to their customers (and they even cleaned our car inside and out which was pretty dusty after two months on the road!). Just recently brought a used car and Jason was amazing to deal with everything. He went out of his way to accommodate us, being in melbourne only for the weekend. Highly recommend Jason and the team at Genesis Motors Lilydale to anyone looking to purchase a used or new car.
Horrible experience, with this company. From the sales guy constantly telling me that the previous owner thought everyday was Sunday then telling me other parts I wanted like a boot liner was no longer available, to the Finance guy stating I only had to provide minimal details for the finance to be approved. Then he also told me I'd have a full tank of fuel upon collection which was false. Once I got the car home I noticed the service was overdue, which was even worse.
